2025年11月24日，韩国企划财政部发布第2025-50号公告(案件调查号23-2024-8)称，决定自即日起对原产于中国的热轧碳钢或合金钢中厚板（Hot-rolled carbon or other alloy steel plate）征收为期五年的反倾销税，税率为27.91%～34.10%；与此同时，批准了中国钢铁协会会员（生产商/贸易商名单详见附表）提出的价格承诺，对附表所列生产商/贸易商生产或出口的涉案产品适用价格承诺，暂不征收反倾销税。涉案产品为厚度不小于4.75毫米、宽度不小于600毫米，铁或非合金钢、其他合金钢，未经冷轧的热轧钢板，涉及韩国税号7208.51.1000、7208.51.9000、7208.52.1000、7208.52.9000、7225.40.9010、7225.40.9091、7225.40.9099项下的产品，但用于建设机械及特殊用途设备（如车辆）的耐磨厚钢板及高强度厚钢板不适用反倾销税。
2024年10月4日，韩国对原产于中国的热轧碳钢或合金钢中厚板启动反倾销调查。2025年4月24日，韩国企划财政部决定自即日起对涉案产品征收为期四个月的临时反倾销税，税率为27.91%～38.02%，有效期至2025年8月23日。2025年8月28日，韩国对该案作出肯定性终裁，建议韩国企划财政部对涉案产品征收为期五年的反倾销税；与此同时，接受中国9家出口商提出的价格承诺。
